Global Youth Ministry Network - Asia

August 22–the last day of our Level 2 training! With participants eager to complete their training, here’s how the Saturday unfolded:

First topic was on creating and building a youth ministry team, where participants took time to identify what their working patterns were (generally divided into four categories) and how they could best work with others with different behavioral style.  They had a lot of fun when asked to guess on what each others’ styles were.

Designing a program for young people, our last lesson for the day, took up most of our time.  Students were asked to design a program for young people.  Relying on the lessons they had learned (Bible study methods, creative teaching, ministry team and youth culture) plus their own God-given abilities, they were able to come up with a program in just under two hours. Then they had to implement it in the afternoon.

And before we knew it, the training was over.
